There is no storage clause on the new table so it would be taking the =
tablespace's defaults.

What's the default-TEMP-tablespace for the user executing the command set
to? It looks like it is STAGE_D in stead of TEMP. You are selecting from a
view? so it may be creating some joined temp-table before actually filling
up the temp_tb table.
