Dave,

In your case, where there's an individual you can id who harvested you, a simple "cease & desist" message back should suffice. In our case they've done a little too much prospecting in the past which I believe is the cause for the filter.

Hi All,

Thanks to everyone for the responses on the email from Pam Real of www.tusc.com.

At least 17 of us on this list have received unsolicited emails from
        www.tusc.com within the last month.

Another 4 admit to having given their email to tusc so they don't count.

I do not use this email address for anything other than corporate email
and this list, so the only place they could get my address is from this
list.
I use other email addresses for other lists such as DBI, linux and
perl and that email address has not been spammed.

Jared, TUSC is harvesting email addresses off this list. Sure glad it's
not my problem, I would probably over-react :)

Dave
