Hi,
We are facing the same problem .One of my colleague has installed Compaq archiver 5 which has oracle 8 component on a machine running SAP with Oracle 7.3.3.2.0 which has sqlnet v2.There were two listener services running OracleTNSListener80 and OracleTNSListener.After the=20 archiver was uninstalled the OracleTNSListener80 has been removed and=20 now there is only one OracleTNSLIstener service.But when we try to=20 start the service we get the error 2140 Windows NT Internal Error.
When I try to start the lsnrctl from the dos prompt it is looking into the directlry of the Net80 files which doesn't exist now after the=20 uninstall.It has to look into the present Oracle Home.But it is not happening.
How do I solve this problem and get the listener service starting.
Pls advice

as long as you set the ports to different numbers, you can have =
multiple=20
listeners on a machine
