RE: Sun Memory Upgrade problem

did you check you /var/adm/messages there might be some from the os side. did you also check the iostat -xPnce after upgrading the mem and also /etc/system.
might be some setting has to be done on system side can you send the ipcs and the /etc/sytem dump file Thanks
