There a couple of things to check:
1. Is your database running.
2. If OAS has not been installed in the ORACLE account:   i. create the DAD with the database sid is enter in the SQL*NET V2 Service line.
  ii. there is a symbolic link between your oracle tnsnames.ora file and your oas tnsnames.ora file.
  iii. the database sid name you enter in 2i. is entered in you tnsnames.ora file.

Hello

I have installed Oracle Application server 3.0.1 on Solaris 2.6.

I have created a Data Access Descripter (DAD), Installed the plsql cartridge and created an plsql Agent.

However when I try to run package.procedure through this DAD/plsql agent via a browser.. it comes up with :-
Internal error! Please try again

If I look in the wrb.log file the last entries are errors from everytime I try and run a package.procedure.. tail -f show verifies this. The message that appears in the wrb.log file is ..
