RE: Do locally managed tablespaces support autoextension ?

                What version of Oracle are you using?. From to Oracle v7.3.4 you can use AUTOEXTENT option in CREATE TABLESPACE and you don't get that error. But in early releases you must CREATE DATAFILE asociated to that tablespace.
