In case anyone is interested, here's what I did. Added event="1000 trace name errorstack level 3" to init.ora, bounced the instance, then a trace file was generated for each occurance. The trace file showed the user, system, executing program, and the table object being accessed, etc. Turns out it's being caused by a Cold Fusion app!
