Oracle Advanced Forms and Reports, Oracle Press is top-notch O'Reilly books by Steven Feuerstein are ALL excellent. Prentice Hall Oracle SQL High-Performance Tuning, Guy Harrison. Shows = you
how to write good SQL statements that won't bring the server to a = crawl. It
even has pictures! (uh, charts).
