Dear sir,
Iam not able to up the database.
one data file is missing it seems.
we tried to create the file..using
alter database create datafile 'a' as 'b';
but we are getting following error:

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-01516: nonexistent log file, datafile, or tempfile
"/APCTEST_DB/database/APCTEST/data/mis_data_02.dbf"

pls adv at the earliest.

Have you a backup?
Are youi archivelog mode?
Have you all archived logs since last backup?

Dear sir,
it is in NOARCHIVELOG mode
and we dont' have backup also.

we just want to up the database.
even if we loss any data.....no problem.

pls adv us.
