Hi Experts,
utlrp.sql is scripts that is used to recompile
invalid objetc.
i want to know it only compile sys objects
or
all the other objects also.

yes,

i can see this line in heading of file

Although invalid PL/SQL modules get automatically recompiled on
use, it is useful to run this script ahead of time

What does it mean?

That recompiling before a package is used lead to less time in pakage execution as it does not have to be recompile.

By the way this is explained in the header of the file.
