It depends what you meant with "service name".
If it is "service_names" configuration parameter then use "alter system".
If it is tns connection name then change it in your tnsnames.ora.
If it is another thing then precise.

I mean the databse name. My databse name is UBTEST. I want to change it to UBTRAINING.

To change the database name you have to use DBNEWID utility.
