I tried to enable auditing with the command:

SQL>alter system set audit_trail=db scope=spfile;
SQL>shutdown immediate
SQL>startup
Oracle Instance started.
-

Now it is hanged at this level.

In alertlog MMON,MMNL process have listed to be started.

Where should i look for more information?

From other session i issued shutdown immediate and restarted it.
