Hi

Currently we have our database files spread in 3 external disks and server's hard disk.

Sysadmin recommending not to have external disks and to move to NetApp disks.

If any of you have experience with NetApp, please let me know whether one NetApp disk can be used to hold all the database (.dbf) files.

what is the pros/cons of using external disks vs NetApp disks.

I am really looking forward to get some input on this.
