From last two days my database is down auomatically.

Env.

Oracle Database 10g R1
O/s RHEL 4.0

i am also geeting the entry in alert log

can you please suggest in what scenerio database down automatically



I m on production

Which entry?

Oracle does not shut down the database unless it has to abort it due to a severe error which is logged in alert.log.

Thanks for quick reponse

In alert log i am not geeting any oracle error code.

I found the command shutdown database.

my database is down from last two approx on same time

audit_sys_operations = TRUE
audit_file_dest = <your directory>
