Steps of backup (from RMAN's log):
- shutdown immediate (OK)
- startup mount (OK)
.... (OK)
- allocate TSM channel (OK)
- channel starting peace 1
and now the problem,
I haven't any error message...
Process is waiting and status of session of RMAN on catalog server is INACTIVE.
I don't know what to do...

By "for instance" I meant "for example", check other Tivoli environment parameters, above all if it worked for other databases.
Check Tivoli logs, check what Tivoli does when it hangs, check tpdo.log an other ones I don't remember (I have no more worked with TSM since 5 years).
