Hii all,
I face a problem with RMAN which is:

i take a full backup every week and i wanne to take backup in different folder every time.

exapmle

1st backup: c:\backup_1_current_date\
2nd backup: c:\backup_2_current_date\
3rd Backup: c:\backup_3_current_date\

anyone can help ??????

1st thank you for your reploy but i investigate and didnt find any thing :S:S

- i dont know all parameters that can be used in Location path (%U, %s, ..... ) and i dont found any source to understand it Sad

- if i wanne to pass DOS value ( %Value1% ) to RMAN Backup command ... how to do it ???

- If any one has a details reference for this problem please send it "NEEED Urgent".......
