I like to know what [MACH] and [INST]. They don't look like directories.

\\Multforest\HEALTH\[MACH]\[INST]\HEALTH_WAREHOUSE\Deploy_20080228\p_Vitals_FACT.sql'

They dont look like directories.
Are they removeable drivers?, SAN?, Virtual drives? I did an hour google but can't find anything.
Thanks

This doesn't appear to have anything to do with either SQL or PL/SQL.

that's exactly what they look like to me (cr4ppy names but then that's something else to speak to the admin about)

I am just going to make a wild guess and say Machine and Installation aliases.

I am also going to move this to the General forum as there is no SQL or PL/SQL in the question.

Why do you post this in OraFAQ forum?
Anything makes you think it is related to Oracle?
