Hi,
I want to convert my database character set from WE8ISO8859P1 to UTF8 using export and import. When I run the csscan i get the following message:

USER.TABLE Convertible Truncation Lossy
-------------------------------------------------- ---------------- ---------------- ----------------

CPOD.NLS_DD_INFO 0 0 14

CPOD.NLS_DD_INFO 0 0 14

USER.TABLE|COLUMN Convertible Truncation Lossy

Can anyone tell me how to fix this?
