database could not open [message #305634]

i tried starting up the database and got the following error messages....though the database mounted but displayed the following
ORA-16038: log 3 sequence# 61 cannot be archived
ORA-19809: limit exceeded for recovery files
ORA-00312: online log 3 thread 1: '/u01/app/oracle/oradata/festac/redo03.log'

i tried so many things but they did not work...what am i going to do....my manager is on my neck
I'm about to lose my Job
