Hi Experts,

if i have configured recovery catalog for suppose Prod db.
will oracle write its information in control file when i have configure recovery catalog for Prod.

Recovery catalog gather information from control file.

During "resync" yes, otherwise no.

you mean if i want put in resync then oracle will not write to control file.

No, I meant rman gets its data from control file during resync to write in recovery catalog.
