Oracle tools exp can export all objects of the user. These objects like table, data, procedure and etc.

Can Oracle10g RAM backup all objects of the user as tools exp?

Huh?
Did you mean, Oracle 10g RMAN?
If so, Exp is logical. It will look into everything that you cannot see physically. RMAN is physical and much lower. RMAN will backup datafiles/controlfiles etc. You can backup the whole database or a set of datafiles.
Else,
I do not understand your question. Please re-phrase.

exp is logical backup.
RMAN is physical backup.
With exp you can backup logical objects: tables, partitions, users...
With RMAN you can backup physical objects: tablespaces, files...
With exp you can't backup files.
With RMAN you can't backup tables.

Michel
