Hi,
Got error when I try to execute runInstaller executable, please have a look at the status

I have set environment variable like below
setenv DISPLAY 128.155.38.7:0.0
I am accessing this server where unix is installed through telnet from my machine.

And the fact that you set the DISPLAY variable to 128.155.38.7:0.0 doesn't tell us much, since we don't know if that is the IP of the database server, or your workstation, or just the IP you found on the internet in the example on how to set the DISPLAY variable.
(Which might be, since it is in a public IP block belonging to NASA in Hampton, Virginia)
