want to upgrade Oracle9i Enterprise Edition Release 9.0.1.1.1 [message #302055]

is there any patch available which can update to release 9.2 from 9.0.1.1.1

I search on oracle site but i found new realse version whole software need to be downloaded of 3 cds.

There is no patch, 9.2 is a new version and not a patch of 9.0.
You have to download or get CD of 9.2 version and install it following the intallation guide and release note for your platform.
Then follow the migration guide to upgrade the database.
