I have a OEM Repository tablespace that has reached a size of over 2G is there anyway i can clear this tablespace o that i can reduce the size, also the auto extend limit has reached the maximum size so if i want to increase the size of the tablespace it has to be done manually can i just change the maximum size and allow the tablespace to extend automatically.

Same statement.
Search here for "shrink datafile" or the like, there are many topics on this subject.

Michael is right, or other option is truncate historical data from tables under that tablespace after taking backup....
