How can we identify the DML(s) related to active transaction?

For example I would like to see the insert/update/delete statement related to a transaction.

No, the only way is to mine the logs (in 9.2 and below).

It is named "Flashback transaction query".
You don't have the actual statements but you have all the modifications made.
