hi to all

just for testing purpose copy of all datafile, log file and controlfile to other system at same location as was previous when i start database its show following error

Total System Global Area  135338868 bytes
Fixed Size                   453492 bytes
Variable Size             109051904 bytes
Database Buffers           25165824 bytes
Redo Buffers                 667648 bytes
ORA-01990: error opening password file 'E:\oracle\ora92\DATABASE\PWDtnwh.ORA'
ORA-27046: file size is not a multiple of logical block size
OSD-04000: logical block size mismatch (OS 512)

please guide me
