You must a problem in the comunication between the OMS and the agent of the target machine.

Please follow this plan action

In the OMS Machine execute

$OMS_HOME/bin/emctl status oms

$OMS_HOME/opmn/bin/opmnctl status

In the target machine run

$AGENT_HOME/bin/emctl status agent

$AGENT_HOME/bin/emctl config agent listtargets

Provide me the output of these comands.

How appear the state of the targets in Grid Control?

The Host appear UP or PENDING or METRIC ERRORS ?

The database appear UP or PENDIN or METRIC ERROR?
