Hi,
Please correct me my understanding about the size of the index (non unique) entry in bytes for a indexed column whose data type is date (7 bytes)

I have checked this it is showing 19 bytes in index_stat table, 1 byte to store length of date columns i.e.7
7 bytes for storing date columns
2-3 bytes for header information like lock....
8 bytes for row id

Thanks.
