Oracle Expert username/password [message #298202]

I am not able to connect to "Oracle Expert". If i try with "sys" it says invalid username/password and i m very sure about the access details . For other users it give message of Insufficient privileges even if the "select any table" privilege is given to that user . Please help !!!!

What is Oracle Expert?
Which privileges does it require?

If you have not the privileges with your account, ask you DBA to grant them to you.
