Does it means database archiving was stopped/disabled at some point of time after last hot backup. Please furnish more details.

If there is no archived files available, you could only restore the database and no recovery is possible.
That is to say,you will lose data.

SRIVASU,
If your situation is just hypothetical only than what ever Varu123 said is correct. But if, you have a real practical situation than you can recover up your last archive log file. Practically there must be some time gap between your last hot backup & disabling of archiving. This time gap will be fully recoverable up to last archive log available.
It appears your situation is just hypothetical only.

Manjit Kumar

When OP is so sure about it,how much recovery could be possible practically?
