Why Oracle10g RAC cost much time to switch log?

Oracle10g RAC environment:
Server: HP BL685 x 2 (RAM: 32G. CPU x 4)
OS: RedHat AS 4 update 6 x86
Storage: EMC cx3-20

When I built this RAC environment, it always cost much time to switch log file. EM report I/O waitting.
How to analyze this problem?

Please give me some direction.

Instead of writing in big size and color font, you should read and follow OraFAQ Forum Guide and don't post IM speak but post figures.

If you are waiting on IO post details, search on OS side.
Why do you think it is RAC fault?
