1, Did you do a database restore?
2, Does this file contains any important data?


You can try to type a "recover database" command, and then run "alter database open". But I think we need more information from you.

1. yep, ir tais oracle not available
2. yeap. This happened on power-lost.

recover database didin't help, it says oracle not available.

Hm, found something interesting. Every night the was export of all tables. Files are colled exp.dmp and exp1.dmp. maby it's possible to recover stuff from them?

No.
Export files are not backup ones, you can't restore or recover a database with them.

So is there a way to recover this database somehow? Maby to install evething from new and import tables?

You can do this and lose all modifications made since the export.

Check your logical export dmp file first to make sure it's available for recovery.

It is NOT a recovery, it is an import.
