1, Did you do a database restore?
2, Does this file contains any important data?
You can try to type a "recover database" command, and then run "alter database open". But I think we need more information from you.

1. yep, ir tais oracle not available
2. yeap. This happened on power-lost.
recover database didin't help, it says oracle not available.

Hm, found something interesting. Every night the was export of all tables. Files are colled exp.dmp and exp1.dmp. maby it's possible to recover stuff from them?
