Hi all ,

I have installed Oracle 10g database on my machine, Every thing is fine during installation, after that I have tried to modify my database mode from non archive to Archive for that it is asking me host username & pwd , I gave my osusername & pwd , but it's giving failed to validation the user name or pwd. So please guide me how do I perform this task using Data Control.

before that you have to grant "logon as batch job" to OS user.
