Dear all
I cant enter to the user (sys/sys@orcl) for a reason i dont know
but i can enter the (system/manager@orcl) user
so can i use the user system to help me to enter the sys user?

Did you add "as sysdba" word after "sys/sys@orcl" if yes then any error message you recevied please post here.

How do you mean "you don't know"? Who knows it, then?

Besides, you provided too few information. What is the tool you are connecting to? Would it help if you add "as sysdba"?

Here's a start: after typing S Y S, do not press T key but / one.
