Error in starting oem console [message #290529]

Hi all!
My dbconsole is configured properly through dbca.
but when i start it gives error as follows;

"THE ORACLE DBCONSOLE SERVICE COULD NOT BE STARTED"
'A SERVICE SPECIFIC ERROR HAS OCCERED :2
MORE HELP TYPEING NET HELPMSG 3547.'
I m using window environment

PLZ assist me in proper way
bcoz i have tried alot but failed
.

Re-Create your dbconsole


set oracle_sid=your db name

emca -config dbcontrol db -repos recreate

I have even recreate repository through DBCA but the problem is same ,I am
realy depreess. Plz do me complete help in uragant way;

Can you post your log file (ORACLE_HOME\cfgtoollogs\dbca\YourDB\) message.

You should delete repository manully and recreate through EMCA.

Hellow there!

I have been droped my repository manuly tow times via sql commands as follows

DROP role mgmt_user;
DROP user mgmt_view;
drop user sysman cascade;

prompt states that command completed successfully

but when I try to to excute the following

emctl start dbconsole after setting environment veriable,

it show progress by indicating progressing dots but after a lot of time it display the following error that
THE SPECEFIED SERVICE COULD NOT BE STARTED SUCESSFULLY
MORE HELP 3547 OR 2147

WHAT THE HELL IS THIS :
plz do me help urgantly;

Hellow again!

I tried all ur sugession regarding db console ,

I have even recreate repository via dbca after droping the repostry menually;
I also checks status of em home whitch is successfull.
the problem only arise when start dbconsole whitch states that

dbconsoleorcl

starting..............................................................................

......................................................................................

..............................
The oracleDBconsoleorcl service could not be started

The service specific error occcered :2.

AFTER GETTING HELP MESAGE DISPAYS THAT

EXPLANATION
A service specfic error occerred.
Action
refer to help or documentation for that service to detrmine thwe problem.
Note:tnsnames.ora file is attached with this message

what is your date&time on system ?
check and set right "YEAR".
did your oracle service is started successfully?
