Hi,

When we do any Alter System Changes, does this changes go away when restart the Instance.

Depending on which alter system you make it goes effect either:
- immediately for all sessions
- immediately for future sessions
- after restart

Also depend on whether you start your database with pfile or spfile?

And it also depends the scope option you specified (or not) on the "alter system" command as explained in the SQL Reference.
