Is it possible to use RBO in oracle 10g?

Same as for previous versions, it's just that Oracle no longer recommends its usage.
If you have trouble with the RBO in 10g, Oracle probably won't help you, and they certainly won't patch any bugs. They will just instruct you to start using CBO.

I have done some performance improvement in certain queries using RBO and the client are doubtful whether when they migrate to 10g it wont be supported so I want know whether RBO is supported and If possible I want to use them.

Is it supported? No.
Can you use it? Yes.
Is it adviceable to use it? No.
Can you have some performances issues? Yes.
This is the reason of tests.
