Database Migration.
Database patching.

Please work a little bit and search more deeply in the documentation, it is there.
Patch informations are on Metalink (the only point where you can find patches).

Do you have Metalink support?If yes then ask DBA for CSI code.and foloow the instructions.

Metalink account is only available to Oracle customer.
In this case call your Oracle correspondant, he will give you your CSI (Client Support Identifier).
If you are not an Oracle client you can't have access to Metalink.
