When I click on Book Order button in order entry screen (In Order management super user responsibility) then following message appears.
"Order is not eligible for booking. Check workflow status for this order."

Screen shot is there in the attached file.

Can anyone provide me the reason for this.

Check for the tablespace in wf_error and wf_deferred table. delete some of the records in those tables and try to book an order.

Let me know whether it succeeds....

check the transaction type setup is properly defined
