hi

is there any way to attach a report to window schedular so that it run daily on a given time.

If your Reports version is 6i, I'd say 'YES' as there's executable (RWRUN60) which may be invoked by scheduler and create a report.

As more recent versions are web-oriented, I will not say 'No, it is impossible', but - I don't know a way to do it as you'd like it to.

yeah my report builder version is 6i & i am sucessful to invoke report runtime rwrun60 , but the probleum is that after that i do't know how to procced further to invoke a report from that.

Create a DOS batch file which would look like this example:
c:\orant\bin\rwrun60.exe userid=scott/tiger@orcl report=your_report_name

Then schedule this batch file.
