When I startup my database,I take this message:
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-01113: file 1 needs media recovery
ORA-01110: data file 1: 'C:\ORACLE\PRODUCT\10.2.0\ORADATA\PRI1\SYSTEM01.DBF'

ORA-01033: ORACLE initialization or shutdown in progress
 *Cause: An attempt was made to log on while Oracle is being started up
         or shutdown.
 *Action: Wait a few minutes. Then retry the operation.

Wait for the database is open.

SQL> RECOVER DATABASE , I take this message

ORA-00283:recovery session canceled due to errors
ORA-00322:log 3 of thread 1 is not current copy
ORA-00312:online log 3 thread 1:'C:\ORACLE\PRODUCT\10.2.0\ORADATA\PRI1\REDO03.LOG'

What to do now , can you explain because I am new in oracle.

If you are so new either find a DBA or drop and recreate the database, this one is crambling.
