Hi everyone

We have web applications that use orarrp in order to print our reports. It works fine but some people that uses Windows Vista told us that they were unable to install it, with the next error message:

---------------------------
OraRRP Error
---------------------------
Unable to create entry in Registry for HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.rrpp, error code: 5
---------------------------
Ok
---------------------------

We checked the user rights and there's no problem with that. Maybe somebody can help us with this situation.

Thanks for all your help.

Does it mean that user who tried to install this software had administration rights on MS Windows Vista, but still failed to do it?

Yes, altough the user has administrator rights it's the same problem. We tried in other machines with Vista and it's the same situation.

In fact, we don't know if the orarrp application is supported by Windows Vista.

Thanks for al your help.

As the last available version was made in 2004 (when MS Windows Vista wasn't available), and as there's no official support for this product ... well, it seems that ORARRP might not work properly on Vista.

I'm sorry, but I'm unable to help you any further.
