Hi,
I wanted know if there is way to find list of the top 250 largest tables from a database,with tablename,tablespace name and size .If anyone can help me here,I will be grateful.

Try something like this:

SELECT * FROM (
  SELECT segment_name, tableSpace_name, bytes / 1024 / 1024 "Meg"
    FROM dba_Segments
   WHERE segment_type = 'TABLE'
   ORDER BY 3 DESC)
WHERE rownum <= 250
/
