Please someone should tell me the impact and severity of this error code, i'm among the developers managing EDW of 100million records and i got this message from the Data Centre

Pass it up to your DBA.

Also, don't use the Report Message feature to try and get priority.

An ORA-00600 is handled exception. There huge number of different reasons the code will assert. You can either try the ORA-00600 lookup tool on metalink or log an SR with Oracle. If you can't read the trace files, the first argument is always a the best place to start.
