Hi, there

I am trying to create a crosstab report, and would like the report to show :-
(1) Row Number (Running number) and
(2) A blank line after each grouping (country).
(3) A Grand total for certain data points
Can someone share how do I go about this? (file as attached)

* I notice the row number check box is only available for table format
