Hi..
i'm a newbie to siebel and i'm actually work on Siebel on Demand right now..
i have a question regarding access profile, accessing specific records, and grouping =)
so, let say, a Sales Manager in Eastern area only capable to see the records in his area only. i think using only access profiles do not has the capability to overcome the problem. so, do i need to create a group of people based on the region, and then enable the manager to see all records belong to that group? so, in this case i only need to create public sharing groups which divide the group based on region.
umm.. i still blur on the concept actually.. so can anyone explain to me on what should i do?
