How can we calculate that what memory is used by session to session e.g.

USERNAME Memory_used
SCOTT 3MB
SYSTEM 4MB
CTXSYS 5MB
DBSNMP 7MB
TEST 5MB
.
.
..

tell me its query because I want to use in on SQL Prompt.

You'll need to isolate the stat for memory usage, query also V$STATNAME.
