Hi,
my input is a date,any date 12-Apr-2007
and my out put will be two date

month first date 1-Apr-2007
and month last date 30-Apr-2007

Please help me................Which bulilt in function i use
and example---------------------

You can look at trunc, last_day et al.
Have a look at the documentation as to their use.
