I am not understand the rman levels..how to work rman levels. what its use?

I have not heard this one. I know one in rman is incremental level .

Level 0= Full database Backup.
Level 1= Backup the changes that is made after taking level 0 backup.

but there is one more thing..what is the meaning of below ines


backup incremental level=0 database tag='base';
backup incremental level=2 cumulative database tag='monday';
backup incremental level=2 cumulative database tag='tuesday';
backup incremental level=2 cumulative database tag='wednesday';
backup incremental level=2 cumulative database tag='thursday';
backup incremental level=2 cumulative database tag='friday';
backup incremental level=2 cumulative database tag='saturday';
backup incremental level=1 cumulative database tag='weekly';

Level 2 backup exists in Oracle 9i.

Level 2 is just like level 1 in 10g.And level 1 in 9i is cumulative backup(as in 10g).

Level 2 in 9i has been replaced by level 1 in 10g.
Level 1 in 9i has been replaced as cumulative backup in 10g.
