Did you read the documentation?
Don't you find step-by-step process in it?

i had found documentation which describe that we should use RMAN duplicate command for this purpose but what if i don't want to use RMAN DUPLICATE Command

but i'll defenitely try RMAN Duplicate command and let u know
Do u have any option other than that?
